Lattice / About

Weave each thought into a network.

Lattice is a quiet platform for writing long, reading slow, and talking for real — made by one person in Da Nang. No algorithm decides what you see. No ads. No infinite scroll. Just people, words, and the threads between them.

The name

Why “Lattice”?

A lattice is a frame of crossing lines — a trellis, a garden grid — where separate strands meet to form one structure that is at once ordered and open.

The word runs deeper in science. A crystal lattice is the repeating pattern atoms settle into; in mathematics, a lattice is a set where every pair of things shares a common meeting point. Order, connection, and room to grow without end.

That is the shape of this place. Posts, people and replies are the nodes; the conversations between them are the lattice — interlinked, structured, and always extendable.

lattice/ˈlæt.ɪs/noun
  1. 1.A structure of crossed strips forming a regular, open grid.
  2. 2.(physics · math) A repeating arrangement of points — richly connected and ordered.

No algorithm

Your feed is chronological and comes from people you choose — nothing is ranked, boosted, or hidden to keep you scrolling.

Write long, read slow

Built for essays and letters, not hot takes. A clean editor, a calm reading view, and the time to actually think.

03

Real conversation

Comments and private chat that feel like talking to a friend across the table — no likes-as-currency, no performing.

04

How it's made
